Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Owner, the Business Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day leadership of the business.

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the company's core business functions, ensuring departments operate efficiently, management teams remain aligned and business objectives are consistently achieved.

This position is designed to strengthen the leadership structure by reducing reliance on the owner for day-to-day operational matters while allowing the owner to focus on long-term strategy, business development, supplier relationships and future growth initiatives.

The Business Process Manager will serve as the central point of coordination across the business, ensuring operational excellence, accountability and continuous improvement while fostering a high-performance culture.

This is a broad leadership role suited to a commercially minded individual who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, leading people and driving business performance in a dynamic, owner-managed environment.

Requirements

- 5+ years working experience in the Retail Industry

- BEng Industrial Engineering Degree
